Ricardo Volpi managed the sale of my house. He prepared the advert and photography of the house, both of which were excellent. At all times Ricardo was an attentive and caring agent for Knight Frank, steering the procedures through the minefield of a house sale. As a result I would recommend him and his firm as estate agents without hesitation.

Not only did they achieve significantly over the advertised asking price for my plot of land, their service was exceptional throughout, inc handling a couple of challenging buyers with utter professionalism and poor Rosi unfortunately having to deal with one lady who became incredibly rude to her having missed out on the property through her own actions. I also really appreciated the level of vetting they did on viewers prior to arranging visits, it made a huge difference to the whole selling experience from my side and saved such a huge amount of wasted time on my part. I shall without hesitation recommend them and look forward to working with them again in future.
