My daughter took the SAT prep course to improve her score. James definitely helped with that because she improved her score by 120 points. We registered her for a 10 class session and she was not able to attend the last class because we were going in vacation. Not only did he let her make up the last class after we came back from vacation but he allowed her to attend a few extra ones leading up to her test. I definitely think those few extra classes helped by keeping the material she learned fresh in her mind. We are very appreciative of James for going the extra mile.
