Order placed yesterday. I was later advised that delivery would not be until late March. When I requested to cancel within 24 hours, I was informed that a 30% cancellation fee would apply, despite no product being delivered and no service being provided. As a result, I was left with the choice of either forfeiting 30% of the purchase value or proceeding with an order months in advance. This experience reflects poorly on the company’s customer-first claims. This will be my first and last purchase from Koala.

Recently purchased an entertainment unit from Koala Living, and it arrived faulty. I contacted customer service immediately, but for weeks the only reply has been: “We are still waiting for the technician’s response.” No updates, no timeline, and no resolution. Very disappointing experience for a brand I trusted. Hoping Koala Living can address this properly soon.
