We had been looking for months for a gold dog tag for our son, we went to dozens of stores, looked at 100s of models, until we have been advised to go to Koh-i-noor. Once there, within 15 minutes the lady had unerstood our needs, translated it into some notes, given us a quote. 2 weeks later (Christmas and New Year eve in between), we picked it up and that was exactly what we had in mind. A great place with great people who really know their job!

Today, 12 January 2026, I visited Kohinoor Jewellers to buy a koka. I have been there many times before and always had a good experience. However, today the two staff members did not show me all the options and only showed one item very briefly. I felt disappointed, as I expected better service based on my past visits. Staff is usually good, but today’s experience was not satisfactory.

We have been shopping at Koh-I-Noor for years and have always been so impressed with the staff’s professionalism! Everyone at the store is so passionate about what they do and we always walk away with the best service. Special shout out to Talwinder Aunty - she is so sweet and just the best!

I visited this gold shop today and was extremely disappointed by the staff’s behavior. Instead of treating customers with respect, they acted in a very insulting and unprofessional manner. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially in a place that deals with customers directly. I would never recommend this shop to anyone who values dignity and good service.
