I’ve never tried acupuncture for severe anxiety and the physical symptoms it causes. I’ve went to doctors, therapist, emergency rooms over the years. Recently it’s gotten to the point I have 3-5 panic attacks a day at random, dizzy spells, insomnia, overall fatigue and a feeling of just bleh/doom. BUT I went to see Dr.Kong this morning and I had a lovely experience. She’s very attentive and warm/kind hearted. She heard my issues and set up a game plan to focus on my problem areas. I’m naturally verrrrrry skeptical of everything and expected nothing much from my initial visit. I was wrong. 🥰. I am very relaxed and writing this from my car that I’ve been sitting in for the past 3 hours. Cool as a cucumber 🥹. I’m very thankful for this bit of relief I feel and will continue to see her. I’m excited to see the progress we make. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️ Edit: 12/17 had my 2nd acupuncture apt and was given herbs to take. I’m lovingly shocked to report I haven’t had a panic attack all day. 😳 keep in mind I usually have them 3-5 times a day and am CONSISTENTLY on edge through out the day. I haven’t made it a full day without one in over 1 month 1/2. Usually by now I’d be in my car sitting scared just waiting. I’m truly blessed and shocked. Thank God and thank you Dr.Kong. Wow I could actually cry writing this truly.
