I had wonderful experience with my shopping last week at Kookai. The staff at King Street always welcoming and cheerful. Chomp was helping me and gaving me lots of different ideas for the dresses and matching outfit that suits my figures. I'll definitely be back to continue the beautiful experiences and good quality of clothes.
Visited the King St store and felt like I was invisible—no greeting, no one in the fitting rooms. Asked about a fresh size of a dress and was flat-out refused. On top of that, the hygiene was terrible—wooden hangers were sticky and dirty, and there were dead mosquitoes on the fitting room walls. Seriously, does anyone clean this store? On the other hand, at the Karrinyup store, staff actually go out of their way to help and the store is spotless. Maybe King St staff are just on a break from being helpful?
I love Kookai but this store is my least favorite of and I’ve been to quite a lot on the west coast and east coast. The girls are not welcoming at all. They completely ignore you, don’t engage, nothing. Makes me feel very uncomfortable and not even wanna try on things. Very sad as normally I like Kookai’s costumer service.
Clothes are of good quality, comfortable and flattering. Relaxing store atmosphere. The staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. I felt welcome.
Primera vez en Kookai y estoy enganchada. He estado luchando por encontrar una tienda agradable que venda ropa cómoda pero con estilo para mujeres embarazadas. Como futura mamá primeriza, me he sentido abrumada por la falta de opciones disponibles hasta que vi y probé la colección de Kookai. Una joven encantadora llamada Chloe fue de gran ayuda al seleccionar las prendas perfectas para mí. Gracias a la ayuda de Chloe hoy me fui con una gran bolsa llena de y una sonrisa.
