We had an amazing experience working with Kiran and her team! From day one, she set us up for success and helped us refine our vision, build a detailed timeline, and offering thoughtful, constructive feedback throughout the planning process. What truly set Kiran apart was her dedication and heart. During wedding week, she went above and beyond by making Walmart runs, stopping by our house multiple times to gather items, and ensuring every detail was handled. She met with our family, supported them, and genuinely became a part of our family herself. Her presence gave us peace of mind, and her attention to detail made everything feel seamless. We’re so grateful to have had Kiran by our side and highly recommend her and her team to anyone looking for caring, committed, and exceptional wedding planning services!
My wife and I had our wedding in May in Seattle, and we cant say enough good things about Kiran, her staff and KP Styles. She was incredibly professional, personable, with competitive pricing overall. They all did a wonderful job at creating the wedding of our dreams. There were just a couple hiccups on our wedding (due to no fault of them, it was on our venue), and they did an incredible job working behind the scenes to iron our any problems on day of and make sure that my wife and I had no anxieties or worries day of. Wouldnt have been able to navigate wedding day contracts from venues without her.
Right when I met Kiran, it felt like meeting with your bestie. We connected instantly, and I knew right away that she was someone we could trust with one of the most important week of our lives. During our first conversation, we didn’t just talk about the wedding; we talked about life, love, and everything in between. She immediately understood our vision, our personalities, and what we wanted our wedding to feel like, and she poured her whole heart into making it all come to life. Throughout the planning process, Kiran was more than just our wedding planner, she had became source of strength and emotional support. She truly listened to every idea, every worry, and every little detail, and she always found a way to make things happen. When the wedding weekend came, Kiran was a pillar of calm and grace. She handled everything with such ease that we were able to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of the moment. Even our parents fell in love with her! They leaned on her so much and trusted her with everything. Having Kiran around not only took away their stress but also made the entire process easier for all of us. They felt completely reassured knowing she and her amazing team were in control. And for her team, I want to say what an incredible group of people! They were efficient, thoughtful, and so attentive, always making sure we were okay and taken care of during the events. From ensuring we were fed and hydrated to fixing last-minute details without us even noticing, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Huge shoutout to Sucheta who was always answering our million emails and late night texts and always going above and beyond!! This all to say the KP Styles team didn’t just plan our wedding, they made it truly magical. Every single detail reflected who we are and what we dreamed of. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful or stress-free experience. Kiran, thank you for your dedication, your kindness, and your heart. You made our wedding everything we dreamed of and more, and we are so grateful to have had you by our side. It was an honor to work with you, and I can’t wait for the day my sister gets married so we can work together again! 💕
Kiran, Suchetta and kpstyles team are professional, efficient and worked hard to help create the most perfect wedding events including our wedding reception. People do not truly understand the production and work that goes into planning and coordinating a wedding and kiran and her team have an unlimited amount of industry knowledge that was so helpful with planning a big wedding. I am thankful for their patience and they remained cool under pressure with the challenges we faced during our wedding events. They were so easy to work with and made the whole process a lot less overwhelming. They kept us organized and on top of our timeline with great guidance. I highly recommend working with kpstyles and her team for your wedding!!
Collaborating with KPStyle Events and Kiran for my wedding was a delightful experience. Kiran is a remarkable professional with an exceptional talent for negotiation, ensuring that all vendors stay on track. Her expertise shone brightly in ensuring our wedding day flowed seamlessly, with every event unfolding on time and without a hitch. Kiran's ability to identify key vendors was invaluable we loved working with our photographers for the event. I did engage in some of my own research and preparation to find vendors and even though it was added work, it added a personal touch to our wedding planning journey. This was done with added support from Kiran and her team to make sure contract negotiations went smoothly. A suggestion for improvement to the team and something to keep in mind for future clients would be to have clearer communication and tracking on both sides. Setting clear expectations in each planning phase earlier on, particularly during meetings and follow-ups would help clients navigate the planning process more smoothly and ensure that the KPStyle Events team has everything in place to ensure a stress free experience for both them and the client. Overall, working with Kiran and Sucheta as well as the rest of the KP Styles team was wonderful and memorable. Their dedication and skill in event planning, coupled with their punctuality and vendor management skills make their service very helpful for anyone on their wedding planning journey. They also brought an element of fun to our wedding reception first look and cheered us up when the stress of the events got to us. I am thankful for their role in making our wedding a beautifully orchestrated event and recommend them for their professional yet personal approach to event planning.
