I was impressed with the instructors, facility, and the class. I think the techniques we learned are useful and important for self defense. I would be interested in learning more.
I felt that the instructor really cared about introducing me to the movements and integrating me into the class on the first day. His instruction was clear and thoughtful, with attention to doing it the correct way.
The instructors were so kind and truly wanted all of us women to feel safe and understand how to do all of the moves correctly in order to be able to protect ourselves if we ever find ourselves in a situation that would require us to use self defense
Very personable environment. Everyone is friendly. No matter what day I can't make it in, the classes are structured to where it's not difficult to catch up with everyone else. Instructors are exceptionally knowledgeable of the art. The area that's lacking is the number of people in the morning and the price of the membership & uniform. However, the evening classes are great and the hospitality more than makes up for it. Love this place!
Took the LACE class with my daughter and her friends and their moms and it was a great class. I know we will be back and I will be recommending this program. The instructors and owners were all so helpful and very knowledgeable. Thank you for sharing your skills!
