They do superior auto body work. They also have a really efficient process, and each person I interacted with there was well-informed, professional, and very courteous. These days, it's not common to find all of those traits in any kind of business. I received real-time updates via email. I can't comment too much on pricing, as my insurance covered the cost of repair. But my car came back to me ahead of schedule and looked almost new. I highly recommend KW.
Contacted me promptly and able to set an appointment for estimate same day. Little slow to reply on emails sent to them... that could stand some improvement. Other than this hiccup they were very prompt and updates on repairs were on point
A 10 star experience all the way to the car’s repair. The receptionists were kind and showed much aloha. They communicated almost on a daily basis on the progress of the repairs. They gave expert advice on how to keep the repairs to stay looking new. They worked well with my insurance company. Recommend 🤙
