I had the pleasure of visiting La luxe for X-rays and a cleaning. During that visit the staff was hospitable and explained everything in great detail. At the end of my visit it was determined I needed further treatment. The dentist Ashley constructed a long term dental plan with my input and we decided what I would get done sooner rather than later. At the front desk Rosita explained my bill and the balance due for dental work, I paid and made my next appointment . When I came back a week later I got the rest of my essential dental work done with no issue. About a week after Rosita sent me a detailed bill and told me that my insurance company only paid a small portion of the work we decided to do. She instructed me to check behind them and sure enough the insurance company made a mistake. My insurance revised the claim and paid their portion. In my opinion La Luxe did their absolute best to make sure that I was in network and in compliance with the work that needed to be done, though they cannot make sure my insurance does their part, they can pay attention to trends, recognize discrepancies, and be flexible with pay options, all of which they exercised with great discernment. I can’t wait to go back!!!
If you’re looking for a high quality experience look no further. I was treated so well and my comfort and wellbeing was very important to everyone. The level of expertise and cutting edge technology that is available was absolutely outstanding. Dr. Fagan and her staff are all so polite and considerate. I’ve finally found a dentistry that has all of the checks in the block so I can finally get my dental health where it needs to be!
🤩 Found My Dental Home! My first visit was outstanding! The office was incredibly clean and the staff were all very pleasant. Getting there was a breeze as it's easily located. Dr. Fagan was exceptionally thorough, and the staff were knowledgeable, explaining every step clearly. I am so happy to have found my new dental home and am genuinely excited for my next appointment! This was my first experience being so relaxed that I intermittently dozed off during my cleaning.

Exceptional dental practice, that I highly recommend! Let me first say that Dr. Fagan, Rosita and Ashley are my new dental family! From the first time that I walked in, it was peace, a warm welcome, and a smell of calm and pleasantness. La Luxe Dental is where you want to be if you have the fear of the dentist and anxiety. They are very personable and pride themselves on making sure that you are experiencing nothing but top notch service. When you first enter Rosita greets you, takes your temperature and gives you hand sanitizer. She confirms your forms you submitted prior to your arrival. Once that concluded she did a tour of the office and answered any questions you may have at that point. Then you are greeted by Ashley who takes you to your area where you will be serviced. You have a special welcome on the screen with your name and items/services available to make your visit as stress free and as pleasant as possible. I opted for the weighted blanket and headphones that played peaceful beats. Dr. Fagan enters and she is very about her work, I love it! She goes through everything that she is doing even playing a video of the procedure she did to give you a better understanding. She answered questions thoroughly which gave me the reassurance that my dental needs were in the best hands. I am forever grateful that I did my research and found this dental practice. Again, thank you Dr. Fagan, Rosita and Ashley for outstanding customer service, care and patience. You all rock! In conclusion, make La Luxe Dental your new dental home, trust me you will not be disappointed!
