Our first time here to La Piñata, and I’m sure glad we came across this place. The food and service were both excellent. A fairly small restaurant but big on taste, equipped with a bar area. Food portions were large and flavorful. My brother had the green chili quesadilla and it was massive! I had the number 2 with red enchiladas, shredded beef taco and tostada and it was plenty. We will definitely return.
A Must-Visit Mexican Restaurant! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly host and welcomed into a beautiful, spotless environment. The air inside was cool, comfortable, and the whole place smelled fresh and clean. The chips came out quickly in a huge warm bowl fresh, crisp, and absolutely delicious. My margarita with Patrón Silver was perfectly made refreshing and smooth. Even though the bartender was incredibly busy, he handled everything like a pro, fast, efficient, multitasking with ease, and still managed to stay friendly and attentive the entire time. I ordered the #1 Combination Plate one with green sauce, one with red, one shredded chicken, and one shredded beef. Every bite was full of flavor, and the food came out piping hot straight from the stove and stayed hot all through my meal. The owner also stopped by to chat, and his warm, engaging personality really stood out. He took time to talk to each guest, making everyone feel genuinely welcome. The portions were generous, I ended up taking half of my lunch home! Overall, this place is a gem. Friendly people, amazing service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back a must-visit for anyone in the community! 🌮🍹
In a town full of Mexican restaurants, this is one of the best. Only minor flaws, lack of parking, often super busy and very loud inside. Staff is great. Food is great. Menu is a bit large and has many repetitive items, could be simplified without even removing actual food items. It's a bit pricey compared to other casual Mexican spots, but food is much better, so well worth a few dollars an item more for it to be GREAT. Like you order a 'wet burrito, and it's $15+4 for enchilada sauce and $2.50 for sour cream, and after tax/tip its damn near $30 for a burrito for lunch.
A quirky mexican restaurant with a twist. Friendly staff and amazing foot. Their bar stays busy and there is a nice patio. Parking does, however, get fairly full on the busier nights, so that is so.etgi g to keep on an eye.
Three couples met here, we all enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Great prices, particularly considering the large portions. Good drink varieties. Tables, chairs and restaurant were immaculate. Gratis chips (even warm ones) and great salsa. Kid friendly. Very handicapped accessible. Clean restrooms. Highly recommend. It was our first time there and we will definitely plan to go back.
