Over the years I had noticed how stylish the La-Z-Boy sofas have become, so when we decided we wanted sofa recliners in our great room, we had to check them out. Julie our salesperson and Eric our designer came to our house to offer their advice, selecting the best set of furnishings and materials for our rooms, and we couldn’t be happier with the overall purchasing process. Now we just have to wait 6-8 weeks for delivery on what will be two beautifully laid out rooms.
Alisha Brown and Eric at the Reno LAZBOY store were so patient while we went around the store trying out different lounge chairs. I just was sure what I wanted but with her expertise and guidance I found just the perfect match for me. Eric helped in providing advice on rugs and helped me pair up two rugs to go in my front room and dining room. Thank you again for your help.
We went to La-Z-Boy to purchase two recliners for our new house. Alicia helped us with the proper fit of what we were looking for. She suggested we have a free consultation to help us pick the right furniture for the house. Chantal came out with Alicia. Both ladies worked within our budget and proper placement. We decided to do more rooms. We appreciated all the help. It is hard to pick and place furniture so thank you.
Pleasant buying experience with Julie, she was very helpful in deciding on a Casian pwr recliner with battery pack to avoid running a cord across the floor. Product delivered on scheduled time. Delivery guys were great. Giving 4* due to La z boy not carrying inventory at their outlets & forcing a week wait for delivery from an AZ warehouse i believe it is. When spending la z boy type of cash i want to take it that day. When they say its "in stock" its in another state & you're going to wait.
From the moment we walked into the store, we were greeted by the Sales Consultant, Jill Louie, who quickly assessed our needs. My husband is 6'4" and has a challenge finding furniture that fits properly. She directed us to a recliner/rocker that he loved; from there she listened to our needs for a living room make over; our couches are 27 years old and our lifestyle must accomodate many visiting relatives with dogs. Jill, along with their interior designer, Erik Bray, suggested a number of options that would fit these needs. To make sure that the design ideas would fit into our space, they visited our house, took measurements and brought along various fabrics and rug samples that might fit the style. After indepth discussion about what couch options would work best, they asked us to return a week later for the final layout. Also, they didn't want us to purchase anything without seeing and sitting on the recliners and counches first. We came back a week later and were greeted by the store manager who knew we were coming. Eric had a professionally laid out visual of how the room would look; while at the store, we were able to sit on the couches and recliners (I got one that fit my size too) to confirm the desired comfort and style. Eric also had suggestions for accent pillows, side tables, a lamp and a unique TV console that had a nature motif that would work perfectly in our moutain home. All the colors and choices fit beautifully into the house design. We felt comfortable the entire time: it was a "no pressure" sale as they were attentive to our feedback and needs. Our final purchase gave us more than we thought possible with interest free purchase options that fit within our budget. We can't wait to receive our furniture.
