It’s was our first trip to Austin, our first time kayaking. Chase was so helpful, so polite, very informative. Chase was part of the reason our experience was so amazing. I’ ll be back to visit and I hope yall also give them a try too.

We came on a random Wednesday morning. Service was quick and simple. I didn’t get his name but the gentleman who helped us was very nice. He helped us get our equipment to and from the dock. He showed us how to paddle and also gave tips on where to go to see great views of the city and wildlife. They are a small family-owned business behind the Holiday Inn and it was very convenient to park, access, and find restrooms. Prices were fair. Overall, great experience and no complaints.

The staff was friendly, helpful and extremely thoughtful. My children and I had a very memorable trip on the lake. We rented three inflatable paddle boards for 2 hours. We had plenty of time to enjoy the water and the views. I highly recommend using Lady Bird Lake Rentals & Tours.

BOOK it! The staff was so friendly! Specially, Terry was amazing and so helpful. This was our first time on the water, we felt so safe! Terry explained how to paddle, and the boats are high quality and don’t flip! We will be back again!

Terry and Pete were super helpful with the rental process and getting us set up on the lake with the paddle boards! The paddle boards were sturdy and good quality, good for beginners. Beautiful views, definitely recommend spending time on the lake while in Austin!
