I can't say enough nice stuff about our experience. We had our 30th wedding anniversary in their party room. Beverly helped us select 3 wines to serve to our guests and we had the prepare a charcutier board for us. The set up was beautiful, and I guests were treated like royalty. We will be looking for an excuse to do this again. On top of the great service and lovely venue, their wines are tasty, in fact several of our guests bought wine to take home.
If you are looking for a great place to host a party, Landon Winery in Wylie is the place. I had both my daughter’s bridal and subsequent baby shower there 😊. The private room we rented is beautiful with red brick walls and lovely tables and chairs. We had a Mimosa bar that was a hit with the guests. Beverly is super to work with to set up your event and an even better host during the party. I am also a wine club member and enjoy the wine pick up parties immensely.
My wife and I enjoyed our second visit to Landon’s while visiting family in the area. The staff was very friendly and explained the history of each wine in the flight we ordered. We had their flat breads (pepperoni and margarita) and the charcuterie board. I’d recommend both if you have enough people to feed. (There were 7 of us) I also had fun with the corks in the center piece of the table we sat at.
I live local and have been here countless time - mainly for half price Wednesdays but also many weekends and other weeknights. The service is always exceptional! Everyone recognizes and gets to know returning customers and treats new customers the same. It’s nice to see familiar faces with each visit and people who remember not just you, but your preferred wine! We’re members of not just one but two of their wine clubs and enjoy the selection and new wines throughout the year. You can bring i. your own food from home or other restaurants but they also have a kitchen and serve food. We LOVE the Texan board, but it serves like 6 people lol so we try not to order it too often when it’s just the two of us. It’s a charcuterie board that spans the entire table. We typically will play cards and visit. It can get loud when it’s crowded, but it’s all part of the fun!! 10 out of 10! Best location in the metroplex!
¡Hacía tiempo que queríamos ir a Landon Winery en el centro de Wylie! ¡Qué contentos estamos de haber ido al fin! Es un lugar encantador. Decidimos hacer la opción de degustación, que consistía en 5 catas pequeñas por 10 dólares. ¡Fue un gusto poder probar 10 vinos diferentes! También pedimos la tabla de carnes y quesos, ¡que estuvo genial para picar! Fuimos un martes por la noche y no estaba muy concurrido. ¡Volveremos un miércoles por la noche para el vino a mitad de precio y las noches de viernes y sábado cuando tienen música en vivo!
