OMG< day and night. All the weeds are gone and the bushes have been trimmed back. I wish I had a before picture. Fantastic cleanup around the pool area. Very pleased with their work.

The gentleman who did the initial estimate walk-through was very thorough and highly professional. Had his i-pad and calculated everything real time. The prices were very reasonable. I was very impressed. When the cleanup crew came out, they were fast & focused. However, for almost a week I was cleaning up leaves & clippings they left behind. Would have been better if they did walk-around/review before they left. The pavers repair crew that came later were also focused and did a perfect job. I was very pleased with their work. Am currently waiting for the electrical person to take care of some fountain lighting. The company's customer service people, whom I spoke with several times, were cordial, communicative & very helpful. I appreciated that. This is a 5-star company who's cleaning crew simply didn't check behind themselves before leaving, and got a 4-star review.

We called Landtek and within a day we were able to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Charlie could not make the first appointment we made, but we rescheduled and the estimate was very reasonable for our work. We had old grass and rock taken out and sod and pavers put down in our small yard. We also asked them to reroute a section of our irrigation, repair drip lines we had and replace some valves that were older and needed replacing. We agreed to the price on Thursday and the work started Monday afternoon. Job was 100% completed by Wednesday evening. Through the process Charlie was very responsive through text and answered our questions and concerns quickly. We are absolutely thrilled over the results! It’s a small space that makes such a huge difference. Workers were tidy and polite. We would refer them to anyone else and use them again in a heartbeat.
