Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience at Lane 7 whilst doing Play Dirty. Upon entry, the theming was funny and tongue in cheek, which initially raised my hopes as it looked fun. However, the reality was a significant letdown. The venue felt very poorly upkept, and we experienced constant issues with the various games. The atmosphere was flat, the staff were clearly exasperated by having to constantly sort issues and the venue and games looked like they could do with a good clean. It felt like a poor version of Fairgame, and due to the numerous issues and general poor condition, I would not return or recommend it.

I was very disappointed with the service I received. The staff were rude and showed no customer service skills at all. It felt like they had no interest in helping customers. There are many people who would appreciate the opportunity to work and would provide a much better level of service than the current staff. Management should really consider improving training or hiring employees who value good customer care.

Me and my partner have been here a couple of times now and honestly it is such a great place for a date night or even just an activity night with some friends. Staff are really great that make you feel extremely welcomed. Big shout out to the staff especially Maravillia, who honestly made sure our night ran smoothly and we had everything that we needed. This is not a quite bar so please don't be coming here expecting peace and quiet.

Must say we have been very let down. We came here for the first time a year ago not long after it opened. It was our first date and we had a great experience, staff were really kind and helpful. A year on we decided to come back to relive the moment. A very stark experience. We arrived and couldn’t hear the lady at the reception desk, who was also really struggling to hear us. We had pre booked mini golf and then bowling. Arrived upstairs for the mini golf and there was no one to greet us or to take our drink orders, unlike last year. The mini golf was overrun by a company outing. We then went downstairs to enquire about our bowling slot, which was pre booked. The lady at the desk said there might be a free lane in 30 minutes so we went downstairs to the arcade. The cards that we had purchased last time no longer worked so had to get new ones. Most of the games didn’t work anymore, either broken or not loading. Total waste of money. Went back upstairs to see about the bowling and the lady at the desk said no one had allocated us a bowling lane and that we would have to wait another hour. We said that was too late and we’d like a refund. She said she can’t do that. All of this had to be communicated via shouting as the music was still too loud. She gave us an email to contact the head office for a refund. We emailed the head office, all we got was a rubbish reply about rebooking but they can’t offer us a refund even though it was their fault. Said they would investigate further and get back to us but no reply since May, it’s now August. AVOID!!!! Much better places around London, this place is not worth your time. Such a shame it has gone so downhill in a matter of 12 months. Waste of your time and money.

Went with my best friend and we had loads of fun. We did bowling, mini golf and darts and paid £24 per person. I definitely think this was worth it. The arcade would have been included but it only opens after 5pm, so that is something worth noting. I recommend 💯
