I had an amazing experience with Jeff,He spent a significant amount of time trying to repair my laptop and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. When it became clear that the repair costs would be as much as a new computer, he didn't even charge me for his time. It is rare to find such honesty and dedication. I highly recommend his services!"

Jeff was a huge help for me and a genuine guy. I had a overheat issue with my asus rog strix g16 2024 that had a intel 14900-HX cpu that was 95c at idle. I suspected it was the liquid metal cooling (pretty confident) and asked alot of people and called up a bunch of shops of they could replace the liquid metal. They all either said they couldent and would never since it was so sensitive or charged insane amounts just to check (irepair toronto gave me a quote for $280+ just to check it!) But when i called jeff he was honest and told me he did it twice before and stated he could do it although it would be risky. I drove an hour away just to meet up with him, he sat down checked the temps himself and told me i could either leave it as is (since it could be a different issue) or put a thermal pad instead and clean it. I trusted him and let him work his magic and now my temps went from 95c to 70c on idle and on full gpu and cpu usage. Best part, he did for only $180 and in inder 2 hours. This guy genuinely helped me when others were trying to rip me off so i gotta atleast give him credit for that.

My Dell laptop screen hinge was broken and Jeff responded right away when I emailed about the issue. It was fixed it in less than 2 hours and he explained all the issues, in addition to cleaning the inside laptop fans. He was very friendly, efficient and the cost was very reasonable. Amazing customer service! Truly worth the trip all the way from Sudbury to get my laptop repaired here. I had a motherboard malfunction, and he fixed it within half a day when other places asked for several days. The price was very reasonable, and Mr.Jeff was extremely kind and professional. Highly recommend this shop!
