Lara's Roof has replaced two roofs for me on small apartment complexes in 2024 and 2025. One was shingles and the other was tri ply on a flat roof. Customer service and communication was great for both. The price was very competitive and Roy also gave great advise for the flat roof which was exactly what I needed. Roy was positive, responsive, and easy to work with. I recently referred him to my neighbor. You have to be careful, and his reviews are truthful. Thank you Roy!!

I hired Lara's Roof to replace the flat roof on my four-unit apartment building in the Mid-City area of Los Angeles, and one year later I’m still very satisfied with their work. Roy and his crew completed the project exactly within the budget and timeframe he promised, and the job site was thoroughly cleaned when they finished. Roy also went above and beyond by providing all the information I needed to apply for a cool-roof rebate from the power company, which saved me additional money. It’s rare to find a contractor who is both professional and reliable, but Lara's Roof delivered on every front. I highly recommend Roy and his team for anyone looking for quality roofing work done right the first time.
The experience with Lara's Roof was amazing from day one. Roy came out to assess the roof and gave a very detailed and fair estimate. The work was done with precision, and the new roof looks perfect. Highly recommended. The entire project felt well-organized and transparent.
The team from Lara's was great to work with from the bid process through the permitting, materials ordering, and installation. Our condo complex has 10 units across two buildings, and they did a great job on both, finishing one before starting demolition on the other just in case any rain came. We're in Santa Monica, which is notoriously difficult with the permitting department, but Roy represented us well and pushed back when the city made some silly requests. The roofs have worked well in the two years since installation. It's cooler in the summer with the energy efficient tiles we chose, and none fly off during Santa Ana winds anymore.
