If I could rate 6 stars, I would! I've been coming here for a very tricky tattoo removal. The colors of my tattoo were blue, turquoise and purple which apparently are very challenging to remove. Some tattoo places can't remove this particular tattoo at all, so I was referred here. I have had to come for numerous sessions and was able to buy a package that allows me to come in for as many sessions as I need you to remove it fully. It is a very big deal that the offer this, because I would have had to pay an absurd amount of money by now. The removal itself is very painful, but their staff, particularly Melissa make it very bearable and accommodate me well. She goes above and beyond to help me feel comfortable - numbing the site before hand and making me laugh the entire time. Despite the painful removal, I look forward to going in to see her. Dr Greenberg is a great doctor- he is very knowledgeable and I appreciate the amount of work he does to stay ahead of the curve in terms of new technologies, procedures, techniques and treatments for his field. Highly highly recommend this office and team.
Absolutely amazing Hydrafacial experience. My skin looked instantly smoother, brighter, and years younger. Fine lines were softened, blackheads were completely cleared, and my complexion felt incredibly clean and refreshed. Maria Zarate, LAE; was fantastic — warm, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She truly understood my skin and took special care with my ocular rosacea. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be back.
Wonderful place! PA Joe is fabulous, and so was the medical assistant and even the receptionist. This was a health visit, not beauty. A very compassionate place, they kept me from freaking out, and were also very helpful with me being a self-pay patient! I am very grateful for you all! They also did the lesion removal procedure with no pain! I guess this is my forever dermatologist now, since it now seems I'm going to need this type of specialist many more times in the future.
Dr. Cotter is truly top tier. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares and strives for excellence the way he does. He consistently goes above and beyond to achieve the best results for his patients. I feel very lucky to have found him. Highly recommend.
Dr. Cotter and the staff are so very friendly, kind and patient. They brought me in just moments after my appointment time, and Dr. Cotter saw me immediately-no long waiting. Dr. Cotter was knowledgeable and professional. I am so glad to have found his practice. It is not often that you find doctors and staff that are genuinely interested in caring for you, however Dr. Cotter and staff are diamonds in the ruff. I highly recommend.
