This place is horrible, I paid extra money for chairs to be picked up at a certain time. They were not picked up during that time frame. I have spoken to Caitlin, and Angelia, both have said I would get a refund on the extra delivery charged. I rented the chairs on November 25, 26. It is now December 26. No refund or resolution. I spoke to Angelina on December 15th at 1:00 pm, she stated that my refund was being processed When the chairs were delivered the cushions were in a trash bag, we had to wipe down the chairs and put the cushions on the chairs which the cushions would not stay in place. I spoke Angelina today December 26 she gave me the same story. As of date today is January 10, 2026, still no refund or follow up.

I reached out to this company by phone and ordered for an upcoming fundraiser. I have used them in the past without issue. Steve spoke with my family at length and was very kind in 2022. However, this time I spoke with Angelina on the phone for the order. she NEVER advised that I would be receiving a confirmation email that required a signature and payment. I called the day of the event to request a smaller delivery window which was 7am-7pm. I was told that there was no order or delivery. She immediately said" i was the one who took your order, and I know I told you Hun" I said don't call me Hun and proceeded to ask how can we rectify this. After repeatedly arguing back and forth about what was originally said, she said "there is no rectifying this and don't be disrespectful" I said wait when was I disrespectful? She said because I told her "don't call me Hun" she calls everyone "Hun." I told her THAT's disrespectful! Anyways, she refused to let me speak to a manager or owner or even try to fix it. Not one care how this would effect a customer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! judging by their rating I'm not the only person with horrible experience. Thankfully I was able to call another company and get same day service with a 2hr window of delivery!

Terrible. Yes, my request to rent was submitted/approved last minute. However, if last minute availability meant bottom of the barrel quality, it should have been mentioned upfront! The chairs and table were absolutely filthy/disgusting. I would never ask a guest in my home to eat food off of, or sit in something that dirty! My husband returned them less than 10minutes after getting home with them. The companies solution was to bring them back and “try to find pieces in better condition” or “clean them.”

My experience from beginning to end was a breeze. I changed my quote of items I was requesting at least 10 times. This was a DIY wedding and my wedding planner and I had no issues with our constant changes. We could not have done it ourselves without them. They made everything so easy. Pricing was very fair. Chairs, tables, cloths, etc was all in good condition. My wedding looked beautiful. Pick up and drop off was easy and smooth as well. I highly recommend them for any event you are hosting in Las Vegas. I have seen bad reviews, but i think they have learned and worked to better their business.

THANK YOU Las Vegas Party Rentals for the beautiful job you did helping us put together our company Christmas party. We had never done an event at our shop and really had NO idea what to do. Steve guided us through the process of picking out tables, chairs, linens, plates, glasses etc.... He gave us an estimate quickly and set up the delivery schedule around our schedule. The crew that came out to set everything up was professional and extremely helpful. Our facility looked fabulous. Steve also checked in with us prior to our event personally to make sure everything was just perfect. They were prompt, professional and made the whole process pain-free.
