Nurse Junjun Li was absolutely wonderful—very caring, professional, and attentive. She did an excellent job with my lip fillers and anti-wrinkle treatment. The results are perfect, and I couldn’t be happier.
The worst service ever experienced in my life. Don't make the mistake to pay in advance to catch a good promotion because they are not reliable at all. They cancel the appointment continously, if you are lucky with one hour of anticipation, literally when you are already there. A skin treatment to be efficient has to be followed a regular schedule and not be postponed months as they are doing. In addition they never answered to mails or never returning phone calls, neither when thay have to reschedule appointments. Last time, after the last not advised cancellation, I have insisted to speak with one of their managers and magically they are never there. They give me an email where to write and obviously no answer. I will definitely open a claim in ACT consumer rights to ask a full refund of the packages bought and I invite the other person affected by their inefficiency to do the same.
The staff here are beyond lovely, I was so so disorganised and had booked for the wrong day and they fit me in immediately with no questions asked and as a first time laser user they filled me in on all the required info and made sure I was comfortable. What an incredible team and I’m so beyond grateful for them to have worked around my schedule and still delivered the best service! Would highly recommend!!
Sam was the best Laser Tech I've ever had!! She was super thorough and efficient, yielding excellent results for me. She was so lovely and accommodating which made me feel really comfortable and made all the difference to my experience at this clinic. Been to several clinics and multiple Tech's but she tops them all and I highly recommend her!
I had the absolute pleasure of doing my skin needling session at Laser Clinics with Sam, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. She provided such a lovely service – professional, gentle, and really thorough with my session. Unlike some other people who had rushed my skin before, Sam took her time and made sure I got the best out of my treatment. She really made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the whole session. Thanks to her, I feel like I’m finally getting the best results from my skin needling. Sam is now my go-to for all my skin treatments – she’s fantastic and I wouldn’t see anyone else!
