Loved this gym so much! We were visiting from out of town and had a blast. Please give Seven a raise, phenomenal customer service and really made our experience 10/10. My only regret is I wish we'd been in town longer to go again! Tons of top rope & boulder routes, super tall 55 ft walls, and really fun setting :)
Latitude Climbing is awesome! My family and I love it here and are always bringing our friends, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The route-setters put up sweet routes regularly so you never run out of new stuff to climb! Definitely would recommend to anybody interested in climbing, whether you have never tried climbing or you are a verified sender this place has something for everyone!!
Great activity and an overall excellent facility. Unfortunately, the front desk staff member during our visit (Morg) was rude and not very helpful, especially for those who are new or still learning. It really took away from the experience and atmosphere. Some additional customer service training would make a big difference and help the facility match the quality of the activities.
My kids love coming here. There are a variety of climbing options. They have all the supplies needed for rent. The staff is always so nice. The facility is pretty clean and big. Best of all the pricing is so affordable.
We participated in an overnight lock in with Girl Scouts. This was such a fun experience for my daughter. The staff were super friendly and accommodating to our whole group. The girls were educated on procedures and safety. Besides chalk dust, the facility was very clean. The only downfall was that due to outdoor temperatures, in inside temperature was also rather chilly.
