My grandson, age 11, and a friend spend 4.5 hours of pure fun at Launch yesterday. Arcade, dodgeball, flipping, laser tag, more dodgeball... it was a great day. And I want to give a shout out to Dawn who helped us have a successful laser tag session, to the young man who was helping her, and to another young man who was cleaning literally every surface he could find... tables, chairs, cubbies... really impressive. All the staff were helpful and supportive. We had a great day Launching into adventure!

Super friendly and very helpful staff. We went last night with four boys and they had a blast. I’ve been many times and always feel safe and comfortable there. There are plenty of snack options, and the restroom was clean and fully stocked. I’ve also been during the summer on a Saturday when multiple birthday parties were happening at once—and while it was very busy (not my favorite time 😅), it’s important to remember that most of the staff are kids/teenagers. I think they do a great job navigating the challenges and keeping things running smoothly.

We had such a wonderful experience for a birthday party. The staff was amazing and so helpful - from the front desk, to the concession stand attendee, and the staff watching the trampoline part went above and beyond the entire time we were there! Most importantly our party host Haley was the absolute best! Her kindess and joy lit up the space and her patience with the kids and mess was not unnoticed. We are so thankful for an amazing experience!

The best trampoline, birthday party, and laser tag experience ever! The entire team at Launch (The hull St location ) made our day unforgettable. Manager Chasity is absolutely amazing — top of the line! She’s so helpful, understanding, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has the best experience possible. Our awesome host Zaliyah was wonderful — friendly, professional, and made everything run smoothly. If you’re planning a party or just want a fun day out, definitely check out this location. Huge thanks to Chasity and Zaliyah — they’re the best! Too bad you guys don’t have seven stars

Absolutely phenomenal experience! They went above and beyond for our group! My friend and I bought Groupons while visiting the area for a day (from out of town) but failed to check the hours for Sunday. Our fault. We arrived at 5:35 and they were closing at 6. They noticed our disappointment and offered to let us stay past closing time until 6:15, gave us socks at a huge discount, and even threw in a free laser tag game for our 5 kiddos. Wow! We were not expecting that! We were both so impressed with their customer service for an issue that was caused by our own oversight! Facility was very clean and super fun! Lots of different things to do like a ninja course, basketball goals, dodgeball, fighting on the beam, and tons of jump areas. The kids had a blast. They even have a baby/toddler area for the little ones to crawl around or build little forts while the big kids play. We will definitely be back if we are ever in the area. 10/10 all around! Thank you Launch for making our Sunday evening so great!
