I’ve been using Laura’s Critter Care for the better part of this year, and I couldn’t be happier with their service! My pet sitter (Pam) was so nice during the initial meet-and-greet and is always caring and super communicative when pet sitting for my cat. I love how easy the app is to schedule times and communicate with the sitter while I’m away. Highly recommend for a group of pet sitters you can trust to care for your pets!

We have been using Laura’s Critter Care for years. They took great care of our first cat, Izzy, when we would be out of town and now take great care of our two new kittens! Dana and Kate do a great job making sure they get enough playtime and taking care of their needs. They always provide great updates and photos of their visits and are in constant communication. Laura’s Critter Care has been an absolute game changer for us. Amazing dog sitters, super quick to respond, incredibly detail-oriented, and always flexible when plans change. It’s just such a relief knowing our dogs are in great hands. We were reluctantly looking all over the Buffalo area and weighing our options (we definitely worried about making sure our two very energetic pups would be taken care of well.. a 50lb+ Golden and an Australian Shepherd.. who are both still growing puppies).. but since being with Laura's Critter Care? Laura’s Critter Care is a great company to trust with your pets. I have two Shiloh Shepherds that I wanted to get used to a pet sitter and Laura sent me a sitter with shepherd experience and my dogs love her.
