First and LAST time using Laurel Optometry. They have super kind staff but their “quality control” is absolute garbage. I ordered prescription sunglasses on August 29, 2025. My glasses didn’t come back for a month and they are always closed (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday). Only being open 3 days a week makes it extremely difficult for customers. I came in on Thursday, October 9, 2025 to get the glasses and they were already scratched. Never even worn and they had a gash in the lens. How is this possible that not a single person noticed this? I will not be doing business with them ever again.

Been going to Laurel Optometry for 5 years and always loved them until this recent visit. This last visit in November was awful. It took 2 months for my contacts to come. I had to keep messaging and calling about my contacts. Typically contacts only take 1 to 2 weeks. I was told I would be getting a refund and never received it. When I went pick up my contacts. I was handed my contacts, they didn’t make sure the fit was correct, didn’t make sure they didn’t give me a head ache or if I could see out of them. It very unprofessional. I’ve been getting contacts since 17 and it’s always been the same way until now. I never received a receipt for my purchase. I will not be going back. It’s sad because I live down the street and have been going for years.

We LOVE Laurel Optometry and we're so glad we found them. While Emma has been the absolute best, all the staff are wonderful and the doctors too. Can't do better. Thanks!
