We went today with our family and it was a great experience!! Super convenient that we could just show up and they handle the raft, life vests, paddles and safety equipment at the beginning and at the end. I also really appreciate how pro-active they are about weather warnings (especially with the terrible weather Calgary is having this year) - we rescheduled our outing once due to forecasted thunderstorms, and went earlier in the day today on their advice to avoid getting caught in a storm. When we went to the office to grab ice cream for the kids, they had all hands on deck phoning people about the weather that was rolling in. It's great how they are prioritizing keeping everyone safe! It was a great experience and we're definitely going to do it again.

I went alone on a single tube. Emailed and called to ask about the single tubes as the river was still flowing a bit fast still but managed to rent it out and the rental process was pleasant and easy. The trip to the starting point without my own vehicle was another story, though not too bad either. The single bow tube wasn't the most comfortable for me at 6ft but i had my fun. I would definitely recommend going as a group with a bigger raft as not only you'd have better balance on the water but also you can sit more comfortably than the single tube especially if you want hours long trip. Would absolutely recommend and go again with a group!

I was just stopping by Calgary for 2 days and stumbled upon this gem walking around the park. I walked in and was warmly welcomed by the family owned operation and friendly staff. They gave me the full service and shuttled me and my dog and the paddle board to the launch. We enjoyed 3 glorious hours floating the Bow River and taking occasional dips in the river. They even had a life jacket for my pup. Highly recommend their service if you want a hassle free relaxing day on the river.
