I submitted a request through their website and followed up with a phone call in the morning. Brandon answered right away, was friendly and professional, and already had my request pulled up. He was able to come out the same day, on my schedule, even though it was late in the day. He kept me updated on his arrival and showed up right on time—calm, focused, and respectful of my home. He got straight to work and resolved the network issue quickly and effectively. What really stood out was his approach. He didn’t just fix the problem—he explained what he was doing, taught me a few helpful tips, and validated the things I had done right with just a few adjustments.
