I phoned leading electrical solutions to do a small installation job in the flat. They Handled my Enquiry very efficiently A young Electrician turning up the same day, He was smart, polite, competent and Efficient, he completed the job quickly and tidly in a Competent manner, he even took the packaging that was left away with him. Overall very happy and satisfied with the service. First time I’ve used them, but will use again if I need an Electrician.
Wow. What great help. First their admin team were quick at replying, very patient and really took the time to explain things. Jessica was so helpful. And I genuinely felt important and every question i asked was answered in a way that i understood and had confidence. She was extremely prompt at her reply and informative On the day the electrician showed up at the agreed time, was kind, dressed professionally and discussed the job at hand with me and the wife. He kept us up to date and well informed with regular updates and solutions to our electrical needs. But more than that I genuinely felt that me and my property was respected. I would highly recommend this company team. And I will be using them again.
10/10 service from Leading Electrical Solutions. I’m really happy I chose them for my fuse box upgrade and EICR report. The pricing was reasonable, and living in the Scottish Borders, it’s not always easy to find someone willing to take on a smaller job — but they were happy to help. Communication was excellent from start to finish, which gave me a lot of confidence. The electrician was professional and reliable, called ahead to confirm arrival time, worked efficiently, and completed everything to a high standard. He also cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, which I really appreciated. A great experience overall — I’m a very happy customer and would definitely recommend Leading Electrical Solutions.
