I am absolutely blown away by the service at Lee's Tailoring! I was in a major pinch and needed a pair of pants tailored for an event. Not only did they accommodate my request, but they had them done perfectly in less than 24 hours. The fit is exactly what I wanted, and the quality of the work is top-notch. The staff was friendly and professional. I couldn't be happier and will definitely be returning for all my tailoring needs. Highly, highly recommend!

No clue how they are the highest rated dry cleaners in Huntsville. Been there 4 times since moving here and it get worse each time: *creases removed from pants *no creases in collars of shirts *sleeves of long shirts not pinned *collars look worse coming out then after initial wears from previous dry cleaners. Pro: they are friendly.

I called ahead and they had me come in to try my dress on for them to see what needed adjusting. This needs to be done when they aren’t too busy so it’s good to communicate with them and set up a good time that works for both parties. Took my dress in on May 9th- they said it would be ready to pick up by June 9th. Turnout varies depending on what time of year it is- if it’s wedding or prom season, etc. I had them hem and do some alterations to my bust, straps, & waist area on a plain wedding dress. They quoted me $250-280 for this. To me this was expensive- but I’m from a small town and things tend to be more pricey in the cities. They also said this was because I had a lot of areas needing altered. When I went in to try it on I wore it very briefly and didn’t pay much attention to how it fit me. Just anxious to get it home. Took it home and tried it on again several more times in the following 6 weeks and thing just weren’t sitting how I wanted them to in the chest area. It was doing a gaping thing that it hadn’t done before after all of the adjustments. I was panicking and not really sure what to do. I went in again very short notice- the week that I needed it done by- on the off chance that they could suggest something that might fix it. They really helped me out- took it back and said they could have it done the day before I needed it but not to wait so long next time. I live about a half hour away and had just gotten home when they called and asked me to come back in so I could try it on again. They had let everything they did previously in the chest area out and needed to get their new adjustments. This was no problem for me as they were literally saving my behind. When I picked it up the final time it fit much better and they didn’t charge me anything for fixing it. Appreciate them taking care of their customers in this way and getting me in on such short notice. Would highly recommend this place, just make sure you get your item there in plenty of time so you’re not cutting it so close like I did my second time around.
