Last year I bought a pair Waterford Crystal scones to be used in a historic home restoration. They said it was "professionally rewired", that was incorrect. It appears they tried to hide one crystal arm that had been broken and fixed with a copper pipe. They pictured it with all of it's prisms (we counted), only about half arrived. The "white glove treatment" was a busted box that arrived late without any packing material. Just loose and prisms were all over the place. After spending over $5K on one pair of sconces, I expect better service. My client decided to keep what we had received, as this was the only pair of Waterford sconces that we could find to replace the originals. That said, I've also had several clients, including one today, who have had similar experiences. It's after seeing those items brought in for repair today, I decided to leave this review. I feel this is fair.
