Sadly I have to give 1 star too as I made 3 different appts with 3 different barbers for a Saturday haircut (today) and they each cancelled for different lame reasons.
Set an appointment with Daryus for 9am over the phone. Confirmed through them via text and nobody showed up. I waited for 30 mins outside the store and the shop never opened.
Great atmosphere, respectful people. As soon as you walked in they offered me cold drinks and popcorn while waiting for my appointment. I got a beard trim and fade. I had Nicholas as a Barber. Hes a great guy. I highly recommend these guys
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the Worst barbershop experience I’ve ever had. I’m not sure of the barber’s name(Dougiefades), but I’ll describe him: overly talkative, possibly under the influence, and completely unprofessional. He made inappropriate comments about my hair and acted like he was too busy to provide decent service, yet had no problem taking me in shortly after pretending to be booked. When another customer walked in, he became visibly irritated, as if they were the problem. His behavior was erratic and rude throughout my entire visit. The constant talking, rapping, and nonsense made the entire experience uncomfortable. Barbershops should be about professionalism and respect. This guy lacked both. He seemed more focused on putting on a show than actually giving a proper haircut, and to be honest, the fade he gave me was terrible. I don’t understand how this place has good ratings. My guess is they’re not real. I left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. If you value your time, money, and dignity, I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere. Dougie fades needs help.
Dougie gave me the best cut in a while this guy got me feelin so fresh and clean itll put mr clean to shame. they really know how to give the perfect fade and trim. definitely made a regular out of me. Probably the best barber in the us right here in spokane, great atmosphere and great people. If youre looking at the pricing just remember how much your girl spent on those nails. Treat yourself and go to legacy fades and ask for dougie
