Dynasty was good to work with at first, but they failed to obtain an inspection prior to installing the roofing over the ice and snow shield. I called them about this problem twice. Both times Tristin assured me he would take care of it. He didn’t, and I ended up having to pay a late (permit violation) fee and schedule the final inspection. Their actual roofers did a great job, but not their estimator/field manager, Tristin Walker.

I had a nearly 30 year old somewhat leaky roof, and no clue what the local companies were. Not wanting to end up with a company that failed to pull permits or treat their workers right, I got a recommendation for Dynasty from someone involved in construction and real estate. Tristin's name came up, and soon after he was out to do a free inspection. He pulled a few shingles up, walked the entire roof, and in less than 15 minutes he practically had it memorized. He had an initial quote on hand that day, with some buffer to allow for replacing bad plywood. Tristin is young, energetic, and absolutely loves what he does. I know some older folks might not like a friendly and personable contractor - but I found it refreshing to have one I could bs with for a few about our families while discussing the roof work. He is professional, but with a personal touch and feeds off of peoples' excitement for their new roof. Tristin's crew deserves so much credit as well, they worked rain snow or shine, often past sundown. They delayed their start to not wake our kids in the early morning, and communicated various steps along the way to let us know what was going on. Tristin's team were as friendly and professional as himself. Tristin clearly selects them for their quality of work and ethic. After the installation, Tristin performed a complete inspection himself and discussed the various elements they incorporated (such as resealing around the chimney, skylight, etc) and did a walk around looking for any missed tools or trash. I was informed that once the snow melted I could call them to remove any further construction waste left that is revealed by the snow melt. Our new roof look great, it's guaranteed by Dynasty for repairs and issues, and was one of the most confident expenditures I've made. If more roofers were like Dynasty, there would be way more trust in the industry.
