Honesty, reliability and hard work! These are the words that best describe the Kismet team. Our car broke down on Christmas Day, terrible timing, so we had to look for a mechanic. We found Kismet and we couldn't be more lucky. Sanjay was in contact with us during the whole process, putting up with us, considering that we were texting him a lot. Very patient and charismatic man. They took care of everything in a time record and gave us a lot of tips and advice. I wish I had this mechanic back home. Thank you so much!
Luan at Kismet performed the car check for my pink slip. I chose them from a Google search because they were one of the few mechanics available on the Saturday of the long weekend. I didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. Kismet were efficient in answering the phone and had an organised booking system with SMS confirmation. My mechanic Luan was efficient, friendly and transparent about the service. I was so impressed I’m considering taking my car to Kismet for future services. Thank you Kismet team!
They kept my car over night in the workshop and didn't check anything with it and told me to come and pick up the car without touching it, The aggression and how rude the Indian owner treated me and other people. It's a mess, no one called me to follow up with parts and pricing eventhough I called them back 3 times. See Jeep SRT in the workshop. What a waste of time, I spent 60$ for uber when I left my car with them
We felt very well taken care of at Kismet Mechanical. The service and, above all, the very friendly advice were excellent. They explained everything to us in detail and repaired our car in record time. They definitely deserve the title of best mechanical shop in Sydney.
