Exceptional Experience with LendFriend Mortgage Working with LendFriend Mortgage and Michael completely restored my faith in the home-buying process. This was honestly my last-ditch effort before giving up. Other mortgage companies were extremely rigid, greedy with interest rates, and didn’t understand RSUs or how to properly calculate equity. LendFriend did. Michael was incredibly personable, patient, and responsive he replied to my texts every chance he got and always made me feel supported instead of pressured. He truly understood my financial situation and worked with me to make everything possible. Even when I had to change my closing dates at the last minute, they worked with me without hesitation. He took the time to educate me on the Austin market, walked me through every step, and connected me with a great realtor, which made everything run smoothly.
