This was my first time going in for a procedure. I was nervous at the start, but was greeted warmly by the owner. She talked me through the whole process and answered all my questions. She went over and above to make me feel comfortable and even provided a blanket for me. She talked to me through the procedure and before I knew it, we were finished.
