I've been coming here for a few years and never had any issues, very informative and kind crew! Sophia was especially kind today, fixed up my glasses and told me about my benefits so that I could get back to my work shift!

I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters, thanks to Sofia. A screw had come loose on my eyeglasses, and she was able to fix it right away. What truly stood out was that she fixed it without any charge. This is truly outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this store!
I just want to take a moment to highlight Virginia, the store manager at LensCrafters. She was such a sweet and professional woman! Even though the store’s AC was out, she still greeted everyone with a big smile and made sure each customer felt comfortable and taken care of. You could tell she genuinely cares about her team and her customers. Her positive attitude made my visit such a pleasant experience despite the heat. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Sophia and Virginia were angels. I waited till the last second to get my glasses fixed. The ladies at the store were compassionate, kind and helpful❤️ Stayed after hours to install new lenses to the frames I brought in.
