Waste of time. Don’t call or go to these people. Michelle, Dona and whatever this new lady called today. They were a waste of time and didn’t help. Everyone told Me it was a mistake going with Lerner and Rowe and I should have listened. They are the absolute worse! They will tell you one thing and come back a month later stating they never said that, record the conversations you have with these people.

This has been a nightmare. The first attorney was out of Arizonia. The first intake person supposedly wrote down what I said. I gave them a witness. They never contacted him. The first time I spoke to the attorney she was very sweet and full of promises. The second time I spoke with her she was accusatory, stating I had not stated I had been injured in a previous accident. I had. They eventually apologized. The third time I spoke to the attorney she made a snotty comment that I only had $50,000 in uninsured motorist. I told her I had $100,000. She then asked if I had 2 vehicles and did i pay for stacking. I did. I was then told they send the records to the other insurance company and the other company had 10 days to review them. I waited 3 weeks and then called them. Seems they were to busy to send them yet. Another promise to send the records. I called back for an update in 2 weeks. At this time the lawyer decided to send me to a lawyer, Carlos Espinosa in NM. Carlos said they had obtained the $25,000 payment and then said he would send it to my insurance company. The last I heard is my insurance company agreed to fully pay but now he had to negotiate with Medicare. That was 3 weeks ago. There has been no return phone call. Since Carlos was new to my case and the previous attorney had told me to pay out of pocket for an electric scooter, crutches, special shoes, socks, medicines...several thousand dollars..I wanted to let him know what I had already paid. There has been no return call or acknowledgement of my expenses. I feel since they seem to only take cases that fund the big money...I am not important to them. I was accused of lying about previous injuries, which I hadn't, not having more than a $50,000 pay out, which was a lie, and then they seem to refuse to take into account the moneys I had to pay out of pocket. N If I had known how they treated clients I would not have used them. I pray I never get into another car accident.
