Love the carefully curated selection of contemporary and luxury designers. I had a fantastic shopping experience where I was treated very well by the ladies running the store. I will definitely return the next time I'm in Fremont!
I had a disappointing experience with the staff at this store. While shopping with a friend in Ballard and Fremont, I decided to stop by this shop, carrying some purchases from other stores and a box of pastries. As I was handling hand cream and soap, a staff member approached me and, in a rude manner, told me I couldn’t carry my purchased items around the store. This made me feel unfairly singled out and treated as if I were a thief. I understand that theft is a concern for many businesses, but the way this situation was handled was unprofessional and humiliating. Instead of creating a welcoming environment, the staff’s behavior made me feel unwelcome and degraded. It’s no surprise that stores like this struggle when they alienate potential customers with such treatment. I won’t be returning.
Excellent curated clothing--livable, high quality fabrics and designs that manage to be timeless and on trend at the same time. I think what I love best, though, is the staff. These women are all kind and warm and bring no hovering sales pressure to the customers, while also being super helpful. Hands down, my favorite clothing store in Seattle.
Esta es una encantadora tienda de ropa femenina y joyería ubicada en el distrito de Fremont. Muy a la moda. Joyas hechas localmente y bolsos. Algunos zapatos. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Joyas River Song (todas hechas a mano) y mantas hechas a mano mexicanas, sombreros de lana, algunas piezas de arte y velas de Luis. Algunas prendas. Un lugar divertido para comprar. Noticia de última hora: una pequeña selección de bolsos Alice Noon acaba de llegar a la tienda. Estos son bolsos de cuero de alta gama, hechos localmente. ¡Bien hechos!
