My husband and I stopped in at Leslie’s Homestore after taking our son to Newark airport and we are certainly happy that we did! Leslie’s is a family owned business and all of the staff are so friendly and helpful. Nobody rushed us or pressured us and they spent a lot of time with us in deciding on the right furniture. We bought a bedroom set that we love along with an electric fireplace/ TV stand and a cool lighted full length mirror. We were impressed with the high quality of the furniture as well as the professionalism of the gentlemen who moved it into our home, who were also employees of Leslie’s. We were so happy with our purchases that we just placed another order for a reclining sectional and a bench to put by our front door. Their prices cannot be beat! While in their store they offered us coffee and cookies and made us feel so comfortable! Sean and John helped us with our orders but everybody at the store works as a team and are not competing for commission. The customer service is amazing!
I purchased a TV console from Leslie's. The purchase had to be approved by 4 sisters, who were gifting to the 5th sister. Not an easy task. LOL! John's patience, knowledge and beautiful disposition were truly appreciated. Talk about excellent customer service - EXCEPTIONAL. The transaction was quick, the delivery immediate and the beauty and quality of the piece on point. Our sister is very happy. Thank you to all on making my purchase a wonderful experience. This is my 2nd purchase and delivery experience with Leslie Furniture and i am somehow even more impressed than the 1st delivery back in may of this year. My original delivery was scheduled for Saturday 10am. Just found out i have to work, and its Friday @ 2pm. Within 1 hour, these guys came and delivered and built my couch. Truly unbelievable, and quicker than lightning. I will only buy furniture from here from now on. From john and sales team to the delivery people, all incredible people!!!!! Also, the Caveman Den Power Reclining Loveseat is the best couch i have ever sat on, i hope it lasts forever!
I will only come here again, if John is available. One of the best salesman I've ever met, extremely professional, friendly, does not push you to buy anything at all. Very knowledgeable on all furniture. Delivered 2 separate items to my 3rd floor apartment. The 2nd time I told them they could leave in lobby, instead they brought it all the way, directly to my apartment door, with no charges or anything. Then sent a text with a picture of my item, waiting for me when I get home from work. Will only purchase furniture from here going forward, assuming John is working!

The entire process of buying furniture was made simple, and delivery was a breeze! Our new house now feels like home.
