Fast and great service from the business and tech who helped me. Had my laptop fixed within a few hours and fixed a bunch of stuff I didn’t know was wrong. And gave me a mouse pad. Will come to them for all my pc issues in the future
I was very pleased with the service. Quick diagnosis of the problem with my laptop. Very reasonable price for repairs. USPS shipped the part quickly, but then the part got stuck in "transit limbo," and Level Seven called me, apologized for the USPS, and then they drove to the Omaha distribution center to pick up the part. They went above and beyond. I will definitely go to them for all computer repair needs.

Visited with Bob for the first time about 10 days ago. He was prompt and saved us from our shame of not knowing computer navigating. Did not judge. That was big. He was also fast and did several follow ups. Very nice and is his own boss so, no waiting. I would recommend him to anyone using a computer. Great service.
