Love the instructors and fellow martial artists. Family friendly but don't think the training is easy. They offer both jujitsu and taekwondo.
My son has been with LAMA for many years. Fantastic group of instructors/mentors. I feel blessed that we found them! They always have the best interest of your child at heart!
I couldn't be happier with my experience here at LAMA . The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and patient, making sure that everyone, from beginners to advanced students, feels comfortable and challenged. The facility is clean and well-maintained, providing a great environment to train. The classes are well-structured, focusing on both technique and physical fitness. I've also made some great friends here, as the sense of community is strong and supportive. If you're looking for a top-notch karate place, I highly recommend giving this one a try!
Our son started at LAMA almost three years ago. We love the sense of community that it has created for him and for us as a family. We appreciate that the instructors have high expectations and standards of their students, and put in the time, effort, and patience to guide them while instilling confidence so that expectations can be met and even surpassed. We love the community involvement of LAMA - just another way of fostering kindness and compassion in their students. Highly recommend!
LAMA has been such an amazing opportunity for my son. The martial arts classes have helped teach him discipline, focus, and respect and I can see those skills carry over into school and home. He absolutely loves the after school program. He’s made so many friends and says “they are always really happy to see me!” about the kids and coaches. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
