Terrell was very thorough and methodical, looking for every possible way to save me money. In the end, I got a nice refund (although I was expecting to owe money to the feds and state and county)—what a wonderful surprise!
Terrell's fantastic! I checked him against TurboTax, and Terrell's refund was $1,200 higher!! He knows what he is doing and really helped us.
Terrell Gray is the worst. He is irresponsible and totally ripped off my money. At 2021, I did one mistake by submitting form 1040 instead of form 1040-NR. I went here and he promised me he can correct this and I believed him. I asked the price and he said $250. I sat there like entire afternoon (probably 5 hours) while he was working something else. Then everything something new comes up, he asked for me $100, $50, $200 and I ended up paying $650. I cannot revert back because I already started and wanted to correct the all the things that I did wrong. Guess what, nothing is corrected. I'm still talking to Pennnsylvania treasury (I have to deal with 20+ email exchanges by my own) and it's still not fixed yet. I received from IRS that I have to pay fees. I tried to call Terrell, and he said he is busy. Okay, maybe he wants additional $300 on his incompetence.
Terrell was great, patient and very kind. Quarterly taxes are difficult, but the process went smoothly and in the end we both learned a lot about this stuff for the future. Will definitely be going back and would recommend.
I have been going to Mr. Terrell Gray for 2 years now. He is very professional and explains everything to you. He works so hard and always seems to be the only worker that shows up. If you want your taxes done here please go see him on liberty Ave. In Bloomfield. He does great work!
