I found Lifesmiles dental care after having disappointing experiences at several dental practices in Phoenix. Dr. Schmidt, his assistants and the front office staff provide the highly professional, relaxing and friendly environment that I was looking for. I especially wanted to mention how helpful Maury has been in providing payment options and her follow up. My service animal, Stanley and I look forward to our VIP treatment at Lifesmiles.
I went to Life Smiles Dental Care for the first time the other day, and all I can say is this place is amazing. The office feels very luxurious, modern, and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. When I saw the dentist, he was super kind, took the time to address all of my concerns, and explained every possible option clearly, which I really appreciated. I never felt rushed or pressured, just genuinely cared for. Overall, such a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and I’m excited to continue my smile journey with them. Can’t wait for my smile to be perfect!
I’ve been going to Life Smiles for more than 11 years and the team there are amazing, passionate and professional people. The customer care and staff feel more like family and service you would get 50 years ago but combined with the right blend of technology to send you reminders or follow up. The office is super clean and welcoming. Your oral health is paramount to your total health and the Life Smiles team is on your side.
I had two new crowns done at Life Smiles by Dr Nielson and his assistant. They were both amazing. Not being a fan of any time spent at the dentist, I was extremely pleased with their kindness, care, and expertise! The office staff was also very cordial to me. Will be returning soon with much less trepidation…
Life smiles dental care is outstanding! You are immediately greeted with a smile and staff members treat you like family! The providers are knowledgeable and help explain things is a thoughtful and comprehensive way and make sure you know what is going on. I live about 45 minutes away from the office and it is well worth the drive. Whether you need a cleaning, treatment, or cosmetic dental work done, I would highly recommend Life Smiles to anyone!
