I recently had them replace my roof due to hail. I worked with a gentleman named Dawson. He made the process simple on my end by staying in contact with my insurance company and dealing with issues as the arose. He and his crew were very conscientious when cleaning up. I highly recommend.
Having my roof replaced with Lifestyle was a wonderful experience! Jeremy came out and supported during the inspection with insurance and helped make sure we got everything we needed. Once everything was approved through insurance, the Lifestyle team was on site less than one week later and finished the roofing work in under two days. I recommend Lifestyle to anyone.
I’ll be honest—I was very disappointed with Lifestyle Home Improvement at first and felt like they had lost me as a customer. A few things happened that didn’t sit well, but once I made them aware, they stepped up and made it right. It took some time, but in the end, I am 100% satisfied with the work. The crew of painters, led by Christian, were true professionals—thorough, skilled, and clearly proud of their work. They took the time to do things the right way, and that matters a lot to me and my family. I worked with Matt throughout the process, and he, along with the other owners, made sure everything was corrected. They didn’t just cover up mistakes—they took responsibility and made sure the job was done properly. This is the second roof Lifestyle has replaced for us, and both times they did excellent work. They also replaced our gutters, and that job was well done too. In the end, I can honestly say Lifestyle did what a good contractors should do: they listened, they fixed the issues, and they earned back my trust. I’m very happy with the results and appreciate the pride they put into their work.
Nothing but great things to say about Lifesyle Home Improvement, and especially Chris Stone!! Chris was great, he lead us through the whole process and knew his business. He was there when the insurance adjuster came out, he was in contact when the work was being done, and he was there to insure I was happy with the finished product! I am a Farmers Insurance customer and he was recommended by my agent, so the process while working through the insurance red tape was seamless as well. I know there are lots of choices out there, but you won't go wrong by going with Chris and Lifestyle! Thank you again for all the hard work and I hope this post reaches new business for you. We had been working with another roofing company that totally left us in the dark in what was supposed to be a roof warranty claim. They also for no apparent reason stopped responding to our calls after tarping our roof. This other company had the worst customer service but Lifestyle came to rescue us. My wife and I are very appreciative of the great customer service, professionalism, and quality service provided by Keith Hambrick and Lifestyle Home Improvement in replacing our roof. Keith was available every step of the way to answer questions and resolve any issues or concerns. We highly recommend Lifestyle Home Improvement for your roofing and construction needs.
