I had a wonderful experience with this flower shop! Their arrangements were absolutely beautiful, the flowers were fresh and vibrant, and the delivery was right on time. Highly recommend!
I ordered the “Truly Stunning PREMIUM” bouquet from Lillie’s Flower Shop through Uber for my wife. The advertised photo clearly showed well over a dozen roses mixed into the arrangement. What my wife actually received? Maybe 6 or 7 roses at most, and the rest looked cheap and sparse. It looked NOTHING like what was advertised, especially for something labeled PREMIUM. I paid over $100 for a product that was completely misrepresented. What makes this worse is that this is NOT the first time this has happened. I’ve ordered from them in the past and experienced the same bait-and-switch. I stupidly gave them another chance, and they screwed me over again. To make matters worse, I can’t even get a refund through Uber because I didn’t file the complaint within 48 hours. So now I’m stuck with a product that was nothing like what I ordered. I will never order from this business again, and I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone. If you’re expecting what’s shown in their photos, don’t bother. This shop is misleading and clearly has no problem shortchanging customers.
I have ordered 3 times from Lilie’s Floral Shop. And every time the floral arrangements do not disappoint! Very beautiful and amazing work. This arrangement is for mom’s retirement.
I ordered an arrangement for my step dad for his Aunt's visitation and funeral service. We ordered the arrangement at 8 am for the visitation that started at 1 pm the same day. His cousin sent him a pic that the flowers were delivered before the visitation, and they are beautiful. Thank you so much to Lilie's for getting the order and getting them to the funeral home all within a few hours time. Also, the arrangement is gorgeous!!! You all are very much appreciated!!!
Lilie's did the flowers for my wedding, and we were so impressed! The arrangements were gorgeous, and the flowers were vibrant and beautiful, especially appreciated for a November wedding. They understood the colors I wanted perfectly, and we loved all of it!
