I had the pleasure of interacting with Stephanie from Lilies White Floral Studio, and the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. I had placed an order for a beautiful white bouquet and realized afterward that I’d forgotten something important for the card. Even though the studio was already closed, I left a voicemail hoping for the best. To my surprise, Stephanie called me back within minutes. She listened, reassured me, and immediately made the correction with such kindness and professionalism. Before preparing the arrangement, she confirmed whether someone would be home to receive the flowers, something most companies don’t take the time to do. She explained that they consider everything: weather conditions, temperature, and the overall care of the flowers. It was clear they take real pride in every step, from the arrangement itself to ensuring it’s placed directly into the hands of the recipient. Stephanie kept me updated throughout the process, even trying all day to reach someone on my behalf. She followed up again the next 2 days, as she did finally manage to speak directly with the recipient's family, and made sure their needs were met upon delivery. I felt informed, supported, and genuinely cared for the entire time. Although I didn’t see the final arrangement myself, the recipient reached out to say how beautiful it was. It clearly made an impression, and I’m deeply grateful to Stephanie and her team for the conscious effort, pride, and heart they put into their work. Their pricing is justified by the customer service alone. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Thank you, Stephanie, for making this such a positive and grateful experience. Lilies White Floral Studio designed all the floral for my daughter's and Son-in-Law's June wedding 2025. Dawn was absolutely lovely to work with, very professional and highly experienced. After meeting with multiple wedding floral people, we settled on Dawn and her guidance with her experience, expertise and her understanding of our needs. The quote was clear, understandable and affordable. She tweaked things as we went along and made wonderful suggestions. The flowers were absolutely stunning. I loved how she simplified everything for us as well, this was very helpful. Thank you!
