The maintenance guy was fabulous. He arrived on time and did all the inspections for each and every part that was needed to be checked. He was polite and very knowledgeable and helped me set up my next 6 month appointment as well as renewing my yearly plan.
Ac unit was installed in Nat 2025. Excellent service and good customer service. This month of January we have had technicians come out to fix our heating system. Twice. Unfortunately we were informed that a 5kw unit was in and had room for a 8kw. Since the weather has been cold we discovered our heat does not work. I would like to know how Lindstrum is going to resolve this situation.
Called first thing in the morning. An hour later the plumber showed up. Very nice, professional and respectful of property. They installed 2 new toilets. They look and work great. Thank you so much. They are definitely my go to plumbing.
The receptionist was citreous and profession. Explained all the details and how the service works with the cost. She understood the urgency and did the best to schedule the earliest available appointment. The technician the following day reached out in time and notified via phone that he is on his way. Once there the technician reviewed the problem and made the heat work. There was no urgency for the payment. Invoice was provided via e-mail, and it was easy to pay online. Lindström is an exceptional HVAC contractor. I highly recommend them and confident that you will be satisfied.
A young man, Zane, came out today to check my air handler which was leaking from hose and to do my regular maintenance. He was very competent and located the problem immediately. The line was clogged from the handler to outside drain. He gave me a quote to remedy the problem and started work right away. He told me a maintenance tip to avoid the clog which was fairly simple that I could do. He then did regular maintenance. He also checked a vent in my bedroom for air flow and even offered to change out my batteries in smoke detectors if I needed. I told him not necessary because someone in community did that for seniors. He went out of his way to help a senior citizen. Sometimes you have to pay a little extra for a service company to get individual attention when you need it.
