I had the privilege or being tattooed by the incredibly talented and lovely Clara Ryu (guest artist). Clara was an absolute pleasure to work with - friendly and professional, detail oriented, efficient, gentle, and precise. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Clara at Liquid Amber. I got exactly what I wanted! Would Highly recommend!
This was my third experience at Liquid Tattoo and much like the previous sessions, the time spent with Clara Ryu was amazing. I found Clara to be full of life, energetic and so excited to work with me on my tattoo concept. Clara was almost more excited about working on my tattoo than I was receiving it. I loved Clara's enthusiasm, knowledge / vision and professional approach to her craft. The final product once completed was amazing and exactly what I had hoped for when I walked into the studio. If you are in the market for a tattoo, I would highly recommend reaching out to Clara, you will not be disappointed.
I got my very first tattoo with Ashley at Liquid Amber. I'm late to tattoos - getting my first at the youthful age of 51 - and couldn't be happier with the experience or my tattoo. Ashley was fantastic, very patient, friendly, and positive, and really captured the image I was going for, even adding in some wonderful details to make it even better. The studio itself is very pleasant. Relaxed, friendly and brightly lit, and staff were very friendly and welcoming. 5 out of 5. Will definitely be back.
I absolutely adore my cover-up tattoo by Helen! I still couldn't take my eyes off it, it fills me with so much joy 💞 The shop was tidy and organized, and I can't express how grateful I am to have found Her. I love her flash design so so much. She did such wonderful work throughout, and she is genuinely caring and attentive, going above and beyond to make the inking experience as painless as possible. Thank you so much Helen, I LOVE it! I have quite a few other tattoos that I got when I was younger, and I'm definitely coming back for more cover-up works in the future 🧡
Shop staff is amazing and quick to respond! Amelia did a fantastic job designing and tattooing my daughter’s birth flowers into an arm wrap! If I ever go to Vancouver again they will be my first stop!
