I went in this morning with my colleague to order flowers from Lisa and her husband, Shaun. We couldn't be happier with the experience! The arrangements were absolutely stunning - fresh, vibrant and beautifully designed. You can tell they put real care and creativity into every detail. The customer service including their little helper, Sarah, was exceptional. The team was friendly, helpful and made the ordering process so easy. Flowers for my colleague before she goes on her maternity leave looked even better than I imagined. They truly went above and beyond to make the occasion special. Recently ordered flowers from Lisa's while being overseas, and the overall experience was very nice, the bouquet was so beautiful and I was updated by a message as soon as it was delivered. As a first-time customer, I found their website user-friendly, service excellent, making the ordering process a breeze.
My sister and I organised a bouquet for our parents 56th wedding anniversary. The service was very friendly and attentive and the bouquet was ready to pickup at my nominated time. Thank you, my mother was delighted. I'm sure Dad was too, but y'know, he's a bloke...!
I was so grateful I met Lisa and got her help with decorating wedding reception. Lisa respected my budget and preference and delivered a beautiful decoration.
