This place is a scam. Don't bother going here - go to literally any other claw arcade in the area - they're fair and honest. Whoever runs the place should be ashamed of themselves. The machines are rigged to drop the toys 90% of the time. It's not even subtle about it; the claw just lifts and the straight up fully opens to drop the toys before moving to the chute. My wife and I visited every claw arcade in this strip center and walked out with bags full of plushies. We spent 20 bucks here and came out with two measly little plushies. The last nail in the coffin was when my wife asked to trade her toys for one of the other toys we couldn't get in the machines, and they told us that we would have to trade in 2 just to get the one she wanted. Never coming back.

Had an ok time, did win a few plushies but the claw machine themselves will grab and then let go. Kinda spoiled that fun. Nice plushie but needs better fix on the machines themselves.

Do not waste your money here. We paid $30 worth of tokens. These machines are rigged to take your money. The claw clearly grabbed a plush but it will open slightly to drop the prize BEFORE the claw moves back to the retun shoot to drop the prize. After several attempts then the claw will hold tightly for the prize to drop at the return shoot. These machines are programmed to only let you win after multiple attempts. Think of it like a slot machine programmed to allow a jackpot win after several pulls. Even my little 8 year old daughter saw the claw open and dropped the prize before it made it back to the return shoot.

Rigged to fail me, my daughter, and my sister's kids went, spent 50$, and almost came out with nothing, the only reason my daughter got one, is that the claw held it and got stuck and the employee who saw this came and got it out.
